Community Member Survey - Agricultural Plan

This survey is intended for those who purchase food, whether locally or otherwise, and do not work in the agriculture or agri-food sector. If you work or own a business in the agriculture sector, please complete the other survey.

Your responses to this survey will be kept confidential, and results will only be analyzed in a collated fashion, without identifying individual respondents.  If you have a privacy concern, contact the Privacy Head at 604-465-5454.
