Pitt Meadows Child Care Provider Survey

Help the City of Pitt Meadows better understand the child care needs of our community! 

This survey provides an opportunity for child care providers and early childhood educators to provide direct feedback on local child care needs, challenges, and opportunities within our community.

The survey should take 15-20 minutes to complete and all responses will be kept confidential and anonymous. 

Please limit your responses to your own experiences (unless stated otherwise) and the facility(s) you currently manage, own, and/or work at.You may skip any questions that you do not wish to answer.
